Pricing & Payment

All prices shown are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may change without notice. Since our site does not include e-commerce checkout, all orders and payments are handled directly through WhatsApp or phone communication.

We will confirm the final price, delivery charges (if any), and payment method when you place your order.

Booking & Delivery

We offer same-day or next-day delivery, subject to location and item availability. Delivery timings will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Once an item is booked and confirmed, it is reserved for you for a limited time. If no confirmation or payment is received within that time, the item may be offered to other customers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of used/pre-owned appliances, all sales are considered final. However, we ensure that every product is tested and in working condition at the time of delivery.

If an item is found to be faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly, either by exchanging the item (if available) or offering another suitable solution.
